Jamie and I spent two months in Southeast Asia in early Spring 2023 traveling across seven countries. We stayed in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, and even had a one night layover in Japan (I’m counting it!)
It was always a goal for us to spend quality time in this region. We pondered coming here back for our honeymoon before settling in on Europe instead. I used to jokingly tell people I had been to Asia since I technically landed on the Asia side of Istanbul when visiting and spent two hours driving across to the Europe side. Now, with our trip complete, we officially can call ourselves world travelers, having added another continent to our list.
